With all of the social distancing and shelter-in-place regulations enforced by different counties, it can become quite difficult to get adequate physical activity to stay healthy! With learning transitioned to online, staying at home means we are spending more time in front of a computer screen and moving our body less. Therefore, it is important to keep active to stay healthy. Being active is not only important for physical health but also crucial for mental well being! The Student Recreation Center (SRC) has been temporarily closed due to the pandemic. However, they are now offering online classes! From the comfort of home, you can tune into HIIT workouts, yoga, Zumba, and even story clubs! The SRC is even offering massage classes so that you can learn how to give yourself or others a massage!
